Own operations CO2 emissions per zero
We reduce the emissions of our own operations systematically so that our operations are emission-free in 2030.

Emissions are mostly generated from transport fuels (62%), district heating of terminals (3%). In addition, emissions are caused by fixed assets and fossil fuel transfer loss (35%).
The current emissions of our own operations correspond to the annual emissions of approx. 58 Finns.*
Measures taken
- In the Tampere terminal, electricity is produced by emission-free hydropower.
- The use of fully electric vans has started.

- We are moving from fossil fuels to renewable and low-emission fuels.

- Map the motive power options of emission-free vehicles and adopt them whenever possible
